How to use Envoy Screens as content for Zoom Rooms

  1. From the Envoy Screens dashboard, click Add screen

  2. Click the URL tab

  3. Optionally enter the room name(s), and then click Create public URL

  4. Copy a device's public URL

  5. Proceed to the Zoom admin console, go to Room Management > Zoom Rooms > Your Location > Rooms and click the Edit button beside the room

  6. Click on the Digital Signage tab

  7. Scroll down to and click the Add Content button

  8. Click URL

  9. Paste the device's public URL and click Add URL

  10. Click Add 1 item

  11. Click Save

    We recommend turning off the Display Period and Allow motion detection to Zoom Room options for the best experience

  12. You're done! Now you can repeat steps 4-11 for each device and/or start assigning content to be shown on the screens.
