Overview
With the Envoy + Contractor Compliance integration, Envoy automatically checks each visitor's company against the approved contractor list configured in the customer's Contractor Compliance account. When a visitor is invited or signs in, the integration evaluates their company name against the facility's approved contractors. If the company is not found or is non-compliant, the visitor is flagged for review. Customers can choose which visitor flows to screen.
Contractor Compliance is a cloud-based contractor management platform that helps organizations track and manage third-party contractor and vendor compliance requirements.
PREREQUISITES
Active Contractor Compliance account with API access (personal access token).
The hiring organization's UUID and at least one facility configured in Contractor Compliance.
A Company sign-in field on the visitor flows to be screened (the integration auto-creates this during setup if not already present).
How visitors experience screening
Visitors have no way of knowing they're being screened or that they've matched. If a visitor triggers a match at the kiosk, they see a screen indicating someone is reviewing their responses.

If an invite triggers a match, the invitation is held until an admin reviews and approves it.
What happens when there's a match
When a visitor's company is not found in the approved contractor list (or the contractor's compliance score is zero), Envoy notifies the admins designated to receive alerts.
The visitor record is not approved and shows a Contractor Compliance: failed note.
Admins click Review in the sidebar to open the screening modal and view match details.
After reviewing, admins can Approve or Deny.
Host notifications (optional)
If enabled, the visit host receives a separate email informing them that their visitor is under review. This email does not include screening match details; it simply notifies the host that a member of the workplace team has been alerted and will follow up.
Configuration
Step 1: Authorization
In the Envoy dashboard, go to Integrations, search for Contractor Compliance, and click Install.
Click Authorize to confirm permissions.
Enter your Contractor Compliance API Token and Organization ID.
Click Next Step to validate the credentials.
Step 2: Visitors
Choose a facility from the drop-down menu. You can only choose one per Envoy location. These are loaded from your Contractor Compliance account.
Click Next Step to save.
Step 3: Contractors
Select the Visitor Types to screen.
A Company sign-in field is automatically added to selected flows, if not already included.
Under Email Reports, select an admin to receive a report of matching record hits.
(Optional) (Optional) Check the box next to Send the host an email notification that their visitor is undergoing routine screening.
Click Complete Setup.
