Overview
The Yardi Bluepoint integration automatically manages visitor access between Envoy and the Yardi Bluepoint access control platform.
Key Features:
Automatically creates appointments in Bluepoint when visitor invites are created in Envoy
Updates appointments when visitor invites are modified
Removes appointments when visitor invites are removed/cancelled
Syncs visitor information: name, email, host details, arrival time, and visit duration
Maps Envoy hosts to Bluepoint users by email address
Configurable site selection and visit duration settings
PREREQUISITES
Bluepoint API URL (e.g., https://********.elevate.cafe/bluepointnet)
Bluepoint username (API admin user)
Bluepoint password
Selection of Bluepoint site for visitor appointments

Configuration
Step 1: Connect to Bluepoint
Navigate to Integrations > All Integrations.
Search for Yardi Bluepoint. Click Install to begin the process.
Provide your Bluepoint API URL.
Enter your Username and Password.
Click Next Step to establish the connection.
Step 2: Visitors
Once the connection is established, you can configure Bluepoint + Visitors.
Select the Bluepoint site you want to create appointments for.
Set a Visit duration. You can select an increment between 1-24 hours.
Decide if you want Bluepoint to send emails to your visitors. If so, check Send Visitor Emails to Bluepoint.
Click Complete Setup to finish installation.
Visitor Experience
If enabled, invited visitors will be sent an email from Yardi Bluepoint.
Yardi Bluepoint View
Admins with access to Yardi Bluepoint will see visitors added as appointments within their instance. In time and Out time will populate once the visitor has signed in, and Status will change accordingly.
