Having trouble with employees remembering to sign into Envoy when they arrive at the workplace? Want to delete no-shows' reservations at a certain time?
With the No Show Auditor Integration, you can send reminders to team members who have scheduled to visit the workplace and have not yet signed in!
Navigate to https://dashboard.envoy.com/apps
Search "No-show Auditor," and click "Install."
If you'd like to send employee reminders to check-in:
Check the box, "Send reminders?"
Select the time of day (in the location's timezone) you'd like us to send the reminders.
Select the notification method(s) with which you would like us to send the reminders.
Click "Save configuration."
If you'd like to cancel employee no-shows:
Check the box, "Cancel no-shows?"
Select the time of day (in the location's timezone) you'd like us to cancel any no-shows.
Click "Complete setup."
And that's all!
