How does this connection work?
Envoy will allow you to pull your users from Rippling into the Envoy employee directory.
Note: Rippling will continuously push employee information from Rippling to Envoy. This will overwrite all of the existing employee data in Envoy with the data in Rippling.
Enabling a connection between Envoy and Rippling
The Rippling connection is location based. If you are enabling this for multiple locations, you will need to follow the steps below at each location with each location's API key.
Note: You’ll need to have Rippling admin privileges to complete this connection. Either become an admin or ask your admin for help before completing these steps:
Go to Manage > Location settings.
Under Advanced settings, find your API Key.
Enter your Envoy API key into your Rippling account by clicking on Connect Existing Account in Rippling to start pulling users over to Envoy.
