By pairing Envoy Screens with design tools like Canva, you can easily display custom visuals that fit your brand and space.
In this article, we’ll cover how to integrate Canva visuals with Envoy Screens and explore creative use cases to bring your workplace to life.
Set up
Step 1: Canva link
Open the design file within Canva.
In the upper right-hand side, click Share > See all.
Click on Embed
Click on Embed to produce a link.
Click the Copy button under the HTML embed code section
Step 2: Adding Canva to playlist
In another tab, navigate to the Envoy dashboard, then Screens > Playlists and select the playlist you want to edit, or create a new playlist by clicking + Create playlist.
Click the View all content button.
Select Canva
Paste the Canva design URL and click Add
You're ready to start showing your Canva design on Screens!
