Automatically add registered guests from Envoy into MRI Angus.
How does this integration work?
The Envoy + MRI Angus integration automatically adds invited guests from Envoy into the MRI Angus platform (formerly Angus AnyWhere®) to make the lobby experience as seamless as possible for your guests
Enabling Envoy + MRI Angus
Note: You must contact Angus AnyWhere® in order to receive the "Base URL", "Client ID", and "Client Secret" required in the following steps.
Under Access control, find MRI Angus and click Install.
API Access — Enter the "Base URL", "Client ID", and "Client Secret" provided to you by MRI Angus.
The Base URL should not include any path after the TLD, or protocol indicators (e.g., https://).
Building - Select the appropriate building from the drop-down.
Building information is dynamically loaded from the MRI Angus API using the provided Client ID and Client Secret.
If you do not see the building relevant to your lobby, please contact your MRI Angus administrator or MRI Software technical support.
Reception Floor - elect the appropriate floor for your visitors, typically based on where your tenant lobby or reception area is.
The "Floor" field is used by Envoy to complete the visitor profile in MRI Angus and may be important for your building's security team.
Customization - Final step with several options:
Notify Hosts: Toggling "on" sends a notification to the Check-In List when invited visitors sign in to MRI Angus at the lobby.
Check-In List: A comma-separated list of emails notified during "Notify Host" events.
How Envoy Visitors entries look in MRI Angus
In the example below, a new invited visitor is shown, as created by Envoy. This list can be found in MRI Angus under the Visitor Security > My Visits section.
