If you need to update your location settings in your Envoy dashboard, you will find them under the Location settings tab. This information used to be located under Visitors, but now has its own dedicated space.

Making updates to your locations

Once you have logged in to your Envoy dashboard, you can make changes to your locations by navigating to the Location settings tab in the left-hand menu.

What settings are available?

From your Location settings page, you can change the following settings:

Location Details:

  • Company name

  • Location name

  • Address

Branding:

  • Logo

  • Accent Color

Data Privacy:

  • Consent and Data Policy

Advanced Settings:

  • API Key

  • Language

  • Deactivate Location

Capacity:

  • Set your daily capacity limits

Visitor & Employee sign out:

  • Self sign-out

  • Automatic sign-out

Copy Location settings

  • Location settings

  • Workplace settings

  • Visitors settings
