The reports feature allows global admins to schedule the sending of the visitors export data to one or more people on a regular basis. This data is in the form of CSVs and contains granular data (visits and invites). You can filter the list to show reports by location, and who it was created by.


Schedule Reports

  1. Go to your Location drop-down > Global overview > Visitors > Analytics > Reports

  2. Click “Create new report” at the top right-hand corner

  3. Customize the report

    • Name the report

    • Enter an email address you would like the report to be sent to

    • Set the date and time you would like the report to be sent and how often you would like to get the report

    • You can select which location you would like to get the reports for

    • Select the date ranges you would like to have included in the report

    • Select which data you would like to receive the report for, either “invites” or “visits”

  4. You also have the ability to select what you want to export. Deselect the checkboxes you don't want to export

  5. You can enter a message to describe the report

  6. Save report by clicking “Save report”

    • You can also send yourself a test report by clicking “send test to me” before saving it.

Update reports

  1. Go to your Location drop-down > Global overview > Visitors > Analytics > Reports

  2. Click on the report you would like to update/edit

  3. Make the changes you would like to

  4. Hit "Save report"

Delete report

  1. Go to your Location drop-down > Global overview > Visitors > Analytics > Reports

  2. Click on the report you would like to delete

  3. Click “Delete” on the left side of the pop-up
