How to view workplace maps on the dashboard

  1. Navigate to Your Schedule > Workplace map

  2. This view of the floor map will show all scheduled employees coming in for the day.

  3. You can filter the view on the map by date, employee, and floor.

    • The date will default to "Today", you can change the date by clicking on "Today" and choosing a date from the calendar you would like to view on the map

    • Click on "All employees" and choose an employee from the dropdown or search for the employee whose desk reservation you would like to view on the map

    • Click on the current floor at the top right of the map view and select the floors reservations you would like to view on the map


How to view maps and book a desk on the mobile app

  1. Open up the Envoy Mobile app

  2. Tap on the Map Icon which will show you a floor map.

  3. You can filter the view on the map by Date and Floor.

    • The date will default to 'Today' but you can choose a different date from the calendar to see which coworkers are scheduled for future days.

    • Click on the current floor in the top right corner of the map to view other floors

  4. Each floor map will show options for Available Desks and Coworkers.

  5. Clicking on Available Desks will allow you to see the available desks on the map.

    1. From there you can select a desk to open the reservation info card and tap 'Book Desk'.

  6. Clicking on Coworkers will show you a list of coworkers in the workplace.

    1. Select a coworker's name to pull up information and choose to sit nearby.

Permanently Assigned Desks

See all your employees on the map, including those with permanently assigned desks. Know when folks with an assigned desk are scheduled on-site and where they’re sitting so you can find them or even reserve a desk near them.

  • Assigned desks will show up on the map with the employee's initial or photo whether the employee is "Scheduled" or "Not scheduled" for the day.

  • Clicking on an assigned but not scheduled desk will open the reservation info card and indicate that this desk is “Assigned” and that this employee is “Not Scheduled”

  • If employees with an assigned desk turned off their schedule visibility, their desk will not show their name on the desk's reservation info card. (See how to adjust schedule visibility here.)
