  • Understand who on your team is working in the office and if they would benefit from a more permanent desk

  • Arm your team and higher-ups with insights that can help them make better decisions about real estate and facilities planning

How to utilize global Desks analytics

  1. Click on the location drop down on the top left side of the dashboard, find Global overview > Desks > Analytics

  2. Here you can choose the time frame you wish to look at: Today, Past 7 days, Past 30 days, Past 60 days, Past 90 days, Next 7 days, Next 30 days, All time
    • If you want to select a specific date range you can do so by clicking on the date picker to the top right and select the to and from dates.

  3. Here you can also filter out specific locations by clicking "All available locations" and unchecking the ones you don't wish to see

Different tables and how to read them

Desk utilization

  • The Desk utilization table will show you how many desks are used per day against how many are available

Employee Usage

  • The employee usage table will show you who has booked a desk the most in your given time period, which desk, floor, and location they were last at

Desk usage by location

  • The Desk usage by location table shows how many desks are used per location on each day of your selected time period

Desk usage by neighborhood

  • The Desk usage by neighborhood table shows which neighborhoods are utilized the most during the time period selected.
