Tip: If you have multiple visitor types, you'll configure this setting per visitor type.
Enable or disable badge printing
If applicable: Select the visitor type you wish to edit.
Select Badge from the top navigation.
Locate Badge printing and toggle it to the âonâ position.Â
Customize badge display
Badges will always print the visitorâs name, but the rest of the information is fully customizable.
If applicable: Select the visitor type you wish to edit.
Select Badge from the top navigation.
Locate Badge display.Â
Youâll see a preview of your badge display, and can use the settings on the right to customize the display:
Branding: Choose between your logo, your company name, or no branding.
Visitor photos: Display or hide the visitor photo.
Custom fields: Display up to two responses the visitor provided in your sign-in fields.
Checking the Show label box to also display the field name.
Time of entry: Display or hide the entry time and date.
Custom message: Display a custom message on all badges.
Barcodes: (for Premium and Enterprise plans only) Be sure to select the barcode integration you have set up
Tip: Use the custom message field to easily share your guest Wi-Fi network and password with all visitors!
Customize the badge CSS
With Envoy, you have the ability to completely change the design and layout of your badges by customizing the CSS. Customizing the CSS technical, and we strongly recommend that you work with a web developer or designer for the best results.
Go to Visitors > Settings > Sign-in flow page.
Select the visitor type you wish to edit.
Select Badge from the top navigation.
Locate Badge CSS and click âEnable.â
Edit the CSS to reflect your desired design.
Once you like the preview, click âSave.â
